JEE Main 2026 Session 1 provisional answer key has been released on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can check the answer keys and their response sheets online. The objection window will remain open until February 6, 2026, while the final answer key and results are expected to be announced by February 12, 2026.
JEE Main 2026 Session 2 registrations are now open at jeemain.nta.nic.in for admission to B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning programmes. The last date to apply is February 25, 2026, and the exam will be conducted between April 2 and April 9, 2026.
JEE Main 2026 admit card is now available for the examinations scheduled on January 28 and 29. Candidates appearing for the B.Arch and B.Planning papers can download their admit cards from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
About NIT Patna
NIT Patna was established in 1886 as Bihar School of Training, which was later renamed Bihar College of Engineering in 2004. The National Institute of Technology Patna, or NIT Patna, is now a fully autonomous technical institute functioning directly under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). NIT Patna is one of the top engineering colleges in Bihar. It is the 6th oldest engineering institute in India. The National Institute of Technology status was given to Bihar College of Engineering as it lost its only Regional College of Engineering (REC) situated in Jamshedpur after the separation of Jharkhand from Bihar in 2000. According to the National Institutes of Technology Act 2007, it has been granted the Institute of National Importance. It also has accreditation from the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
